CHECKING THE BATTERY POWER
• Set the power switch to
ON.
• Press the battery check
button .
The batteries have enough power if the battery check lamp
lights. If it does not light, replace the batteries. The lamp lights
when there is 4.5V ±5% power. When the power is slightly
lower than this, the lamp may flash the moment the button is
pressed. In this case it is also necessary to replace the batteries .

Do not press the battery check button while pressing
the shutter release switch .

In extremely cold temperature, even a fresh set of bat-
teries may provide insufficient power because of the cold.
If
this happens, warm the battery case (containing the
batteries) by putting it in your pocket for about 10
minutes before you start filming.
