You may want to keep the box and packing materials for use at a later date. Before using your Cuisinart Wine Cellar for the first time, remove all protective paper and wrapping. Wipe housing and internal chamber with a damp cloth to remove any dust from the warehouse or shipping. -

MODE SELECTION PROCEDURE Default setting: Mode 1 1. Press Preset button. . Choose Mode Number (1-8) by pressing Preset button repeatedly. Selected mode number will blink for approximately 5 seconds. 3. LED display will show the corresponding preset temperature of the selected mode. It will remain on until the chosen mode is selected. -
