One motor is used to produce the traditional triangular oscillating motion (seesaw motion), while the other is used to produce a horizontal spiral motion.
INSTALLATION Assembly Unpack the unit from the shipping box; it is best to handle the vibration plate with 2 adults, as the base is very heavy. Place the vibration plate on a level floor. Connect the signal from the vibration plate to the bottom of the Stand Post Please be careful when connecting the two signal lines.
1. Insert the power plug correctly into the power socket of the back of the vibration plate, check the voltage and switch on power. 2. Choose your desire posture on the Vmax Trio as shown by the sketch maps (page 10). 3. Press the start button to begin the program. When using the automatic program modes, the speed can not be adjusted manually.

MACHINE OPERATION The Vmax Trio comes with the following 3 modes for your workout: Manual Mode, PRESET Mode, and User Defined Mode (USB mode). You can select the mode by pressing the program button; the display will light up the mode currently selected (M, USB, P1, P2, P3).
User Programming (Optional) Using the software program, users can customize an exercise routine and store that information in the USB drive. Operation Instruction below: 1. Open the programming software located in the USB Flash Disk. This software only works in Windows Operating Systems.

GETTING STARTED New Users New users should get comfortable with the machine by standing on it without performing any major exercises. Start with the standing position, ensure your knees are slightly bent and your feet shoulder width apart. Keep your back straight and maintain a good posture. Start the machine in manual mode and select oscillation and/or spiral speeds below 20.
USING OSCILLATION VIBRATION Oscillation (speeds 1 to 20) At the lower speeds, you are able to control your muscles voluntarily to maintain proper balance and stance, excellent for warm up and new users. - Massages USING DUAL MOTION VIBRATION The Vmax Trio provides maximum power when both the oscillation and spiral motor is activated. Say for example you want to achieve “Muscle strength training”, which typically uses oscillation motion between 21 to 40 speed levels.
EXERCISE ILLUSTRATION A/ Strength A01 Squat Stand on the Vmax Trio with feet shoulder width apart. Keeping the back straight and knees slightly bent; gently squeeze the leg muscles. You should feel tension in your quadriceps, buttocks and back. A02 Deep Squat Stand on the Vmax Trio with feet flat and shoulder width apart.

EXERCISE ILLUSTRATION A/ Strength A06 Triceps Dip Facing away from the vibration plate, firmly grip the edge and push upwards. Now bend the arms slightly and lower the hips toward the plate, squeezing the shoulder blade together. You should feel the tension in your upper arms and shoulders. To add intensity, repeat the exercise with your legs straight.

EXERCISE ILLUSTRATION A/ Strength A11 Lower Abdominals Brace yourself on your elbows and hold onto the front edge of the vibration plate. Now, with a straight back, pull your buttocks up slowly as if you wanted to pull the plate toward your feet.

EXERCISE ILLUSTRATION B/ Stretch B01 Quadriceps Stretch Place one shin on the vibration plate ensuring the foot remains off the plate. Keeping the upper body and back straight, tense your stomach. By pushing your pelvis forward you will be stretching your quadriceps. Vary this exercise by pulling the rear leg forward. B02 Calf Stretch Stand sideways on the vibration plate.
EXERCISE ILLUSTRATION C/ Massage C01 Calf Massage Lie in front of the vibration plate with both calves on the vibration plate, toes pointing toward the ceiling. The rest is easy, simply relax and enjoy an invigorating calf massage. C02 Upper Arm Massage Lie sideways facing the vibration plate, with legs slightly bent.

EXERCISE ILLUSTRATION D/ Relaxation D01 Shoulder and Neck Relaxation Kneel down in front of the vibration plate with your arms outstretched. Keep your back and neck straight. Now pull your upper body back while resting your arms on the plate. This exercise will relax your neck and shoulder area.
4. Hold safety handle correctly before you exercise. It helps you to balance when you are using the Vmax Trio. 5. Check the exercise speed level before you operate the Vmax Trio and ensure it is at a safe speed and comfortable level. You may get injured if the speed is set too high.
