    INSTALLATION Step 1 Connect the signal (7) and ( 8 ) Step 2 Put the support tube (3) into the base (4). Lock them with screws (5) (6), and install the feet cushions (7). Pay attention not to press the signal cable with the support tube.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS 1. Insert the power plug correctly into the back of the Vmax Pro, switch on power, and the switch light will glow. When machine is first switched on, it is in standby mode. 2. Choose your desire posture on the machine as shown by the exercise illustrations.

    EXERCISE ILLUSTRATION A/Strength A 01 Squat Stand on the machine with feet shoulder width apart. Keeping the back straight and knees slightly bent, gently squeeze the leg muscles. You should feel tension in your quadriceps, buttocks and back. A 02 Deep Squat Stand on the machine with feet flat and shoulder width apart.
  • Page 10 EXERCISE ILLUSTRATION A 06 Triceps Dip Facing away from the machine, hands firmly placed on the platform and push upwards. Now bend the arms slightly and lower the hips toward the plate, squeezing the shoulder blades together. You should feel the tension in your upper arms and shoulders.

With a straight back and strong abdomen, push off the machine platform. This exercise will strengthen chest, shoulder muscles and triceps.     EXERCISE ILLUSTRATION D/RELAXATION D 01 Shoulder& Neck Relax Kneel down in front of the machine with your arms outstretched. Keep your back and neck straight. Now pull your upper body back while resting your arms on the plate. This exercise will relax your neck and shoulder area.
