- Page 6 Note on battery selection and DCF time retrieval The external sensor can operate at temperatures from -30°C to +70°C. The zinc-manganese alkaline battery can operate at temperatures from -20°C to +60°C. The lithium-ion polymer battery can operate at temperatures from -40°C to +70°C. A CR2032 battery (not supplied) is the reserve power source for the weather station.

First configuration of the device a. Switching on the weather station for the first time - Connect the 5V DC (600mA) power supply to the power connector (B13).
- Page 10 b. DCF radio signal reception - The unit will start automatically picking up the DCF signal 7 minutes after start-up or after a battery change. The radio mast icon will flash (the screen will dim). - Each day at 1:00 / 2:00 / 3:00 a.m., the unit automatically synchronises the time settings according to the received DCF signal, thus correcting any deviation from the correct time indication.
