This chapter has been written with regards to the RZ 150. Therefore, the screen shots are related to the RZ 150. Analogously they can also be applied for the RZ 400. Axes configurations, programs, machine data, PLC operands etc. are dif- ferent.
It is connected to the NCU and has the task to visualizes the processes and ma- chine conditions. The HMI Advanced software and the Reishauer software are the tools to do this. The NCU, the axes and the drives can be parameterized via the software.
