    Oil Regulations The coolant used for grinding and dressing contain substances which might cause allergy. Reishauer is not liable for such incompatibility and allergies of the operator. The operator must take appropriate measures listed below in order to avoid skin contact with the coolant.

The fire extinguisher flap is lead-sealed and must be opened for safety reasons only in the case of a fire, in order to fight the fire with the help of a lance or a suitable fire extinguisher.

    Depending on the project, the automatic fire alarm and fire extinguisher unit can be equipped with their own or a centralized controller. Such units are offered by Reishauer AG for the grinding ma- chine as option.

The fire protection flap (RAG article no. 211138.00) is integrated as a complete unit into the suction duct.

    Not part of the standard equipment Warning Fire Risk If the RZ 150 is delivered without Fire Protection Unit, then the customer have to set up a Hand Fire Extinguisher to the machine. If no such automatic fire alarm and fire extinguisher system is installed, a hand fire extinguisher can be used to extinguish a possible fire.

The machine and its peripherals operate particularly reliably if they are manually cleaned periodically by the operator.
