5 Local Operation

5.1 Calling Resident

5.1.1 Calling Resident (Type I)

You can call the resident by pressing the call button. For type I HYU-558 door station,
there are three sub types according to the amount of call button. These three sub types
have 1 call button, 2 call buttons, and 4 call buttons respectively. Here we take the figure
of type I HYU-558 door station with 4 call buttons as an example.
Default settings of call button: when you press the call button, it calls the resident;
and when you hold down the call button, it calls the center.
You can change the calling mode of the call button via Batch Configuration Tool or
iVMS-4200 client software. See User Manual for detail steps.
1. Press the corresponding call button of the resident.
2. The resident can receive/decline the video call, unlock the door, call the elevator, etc.
