Press [LOUD] to enhance bass and treble tones when listening at
low or medium volume. Press [LOUD] again to deactivate.

Changing Audio Modes
Press [SEL] to switch the audio mode in the following order.
Normal Mode — VOLUME — BASS — TREBLE — BALANCE

Bass and Treble
e Press [SEL] to select the BASS (TREBLE) mode. Press
[A VOL] or [V VOL] to increase: or decrease the bass/treble
response.

e Press [A VOL] or [V VOL] for more than 0.5 second to
change numeric levels on the display rapidly.
Balance
4 e Press [SEL] to select the BALANCE mode. Press [A VOL] or
[V VOL] to shift the sound volume to the right or left speakers.
orR 1to 15 Balance Center
e Press [A VOL] or [V VOL] for more than 0.5 second to
change numeric levels on the display rapidly.
Fader |
e Press [SEL] to select the FADER mode. Press [A VOL] or
[V VOL] to-shift the sound volume to the front or rear speak-
ers.
orR 1 to 15 Fader Center
e Press [A VOL] or [V VOL] for more than 0.5 second to
change numeric levels on the display rapidly.
Note: When an Audio control mode (BAS/TRE/BAL/FAD/SUB") is selected but no operation is
made within 5 seconds (2 seconds at volume mode), the display will return to the normal opera-
tion (Radio, CD, etc) mode. In such a case, press [SEL] again to select the contro! mode.
