DC voltage

develop
on terminals

due
to leak
current

2 mA)
of a semiconductor
even when
the output
frequency
command
is
set
to 0.
Even
in such
a case,
when
a voltmeter
is
connected
to
the
output
terminal,
make
connections
as shown
in Fig.
22 to
prevent
meter
indication
errors.
