The voice recordings of the
emergency call are stored at
the emergency call centre.
The voice recordings of the
customer are stored for 24
hours in case details of the
emergency call need to be ana-
lysed. After this, the voice re-
cordings are deleted. The voice
recordings of the employee of
the emergency call centre are
stored for 24 hours for quality
assurance purposes.
Information on personal data
The data that is processed as
part of the intelligent emer-
gency call is processed exclus-
ively to carry out the emer-
gency call. As part of its stat-
utory obligation, the manufac-
turer of the vehicle provides
information about the data that
it has processed and any data
that it still has stored.
