EN GAS BURNER
Read through the instructions carefully before use and follow all the instructions given.
Check the rating plate language. If the language is not the one you selected or the offi-
cial language of your country, replace the plate.
Safety Information
- Check that the seal (part no. 1) is in place and in good condition before connecting the
gas container to the appliance. Do not use the appliance if it has a damaged or worn seal.
- Do not use an appliance which is leaking or damaged or which does not work properly.
- The appliance shall only be used in a well-ventilated location (minimum ventilation re-
quirement 5 m³/h) in order to satisfy official ventilation standards for the supply of suffi-
cient combustion air and to avoid the dangerous build-up of unburned gases.
- Always fit the stabilising base to the gas container before using the appliance.
- During the warm-up period after lighting (minimum 1 minute), the appliance must be
operated on a level surface.
- Always put the appliance down on a level surface when not in use.
- Always operate the appliance safely away from flammable materials.
- Minimum distance from walls: 25 cm.
- Minimum distance from ceilings: 60 cm.
- Gas containers must be fitted or changed outside, away from any sources of ignition,
such as naked flames, pilot lights and electric fires, and away from other people.
- If there is a leak in your appliance (smell of gas), take it immediately outside to a flame-
free location where the leak can be detected and stopped. If you wish to check for leaks
in your appliance, do it outside. Do not try to detect leaks using a flame: use soapy water.

Instructions for assembly
- Before fitting the gas container to the appliance, ensure that the appliance seal (1) is
in place and in good condition. Carry out this check each time you fit the appliance to a
gas container.
- Ensure that the appliance control knob (3) is turned off (turned fully clockwise).
- Keep the gas container (4) upright when fitting it to the appliance. Carefully screw the
gas container into the appliance, taking care that the gas container is screwed on cor-
rectly and not cross-threaded. Screw the gas container hand tight only. Do not overtight-
en or you may damage the gas container valve.
- To check that the appliance is connected to the gas container in a gas-tight manner,
sniff around the connection joint. If you suspect that the connection joint is not gas-tight
enough, immerse the assembled appliance in a bowl of soapy water. Any leakage will be
seen as bubbles coming from the leakage point.
- If you suspect a leakage from your appliance during use, immediately turn off the ap-
pliance control knob (turned fully clockwise), take the appliance outside and follow the
gas container changing instructions.
Information for use
- During use, the appliance will become hot (particularly the burner (7)). Avoid touching
these parts with bare hands. The use of gloves is recommended.
- Keep young children away from the appliance at all times.
- Handle the appliance with care. Do not drop it.
- After use, wait until the appliance has cooled down, unscrew the gas container from the
appliance and store both in a cool dry place away from sources of heat.
- To light the appliance, turn the control knob (3) slowly anti-clockwise (in the direction of
the "+" arrow), and press the piezo push button (6) to ignite the burner flame. If the flame
fails to ignite, release the piezo push button and operate it again continuously whilst in-
creasing the gas flow by turning the control knob (3) until the burner flame ignites.
After lighting, allow the appliance to warm up for a period of 1 minute in the upright posi-
tion before moving it around, to avoid the appliance flaring (large yellow flames).
- Adjust the size of the flame by turning the control knob (3). To increase the size of the
flame, turn the control knob in the direction of the "+" arrow (anti-clockwise). To de-
crease the size of the flame or to turn the appliance off, turn the control knob in the di-
rection of the "-" arrow (clockwise).
- After use, always ensure the control knob is turned fully off.
Changing the gas container
- When changing the gas container, always read the gas container markings.
- Always change the gas container outside and away from other people.
- Check that the burner flame is extinguished before disconnecting the gas container.
- To disconnect the gas container from the appliance, unscrew the gas container an-
ti-clockwise.
- Check the seal (1) before connecting a gas container to the appliance. It should be in
place in its location groove and be in good condition. Do not connect a gas container to
the appliance if the seal is damaged or worn.
- When fitting a gas container to the appliance, follow the assembly instructions.

Koostejuhised
- Enne gaasiballooni paigaldamist seadme külge veenduge, et tihend (1) on oma kohal ja
heas seisukorras. Kontrollige seda iga kord, kui paigaldate gaasiballooni seadme külge.
- Veenduge, et seadme juhtnupp (3) on väljalülitatud asendis (keeratud lõpuni päripäeva).
- Hoidke gaasiballoon (4) seadme külge paigaldamisel püstiasendis. Keerake gaasibal-
loon hoolikalt seadme külge ja veenduge, et gaasiballoon kinnitub paigale õigesti ja et
see on korralikult keermetel. Keerake gaasiballoon kinni ainult käega. Ärge keerake bal-
looni kinni liiga tugevasti, sest see võib vigastada ballooni klappi.
- Veendumaks, et gaasiballoon on seadme küljes lekkekindlalt, nuusutage ühendus-
kohta. Kui kahtlustate, et ühendus pole lekkekindel, asetage seade seebiveega täidetud
nõusse. Lekke korral eraldub lekkekohast gaasimulle.
- Lekkekahtluse korral seadme kasutamise ajal keerake selle juhtnupp kohe väljalülita-
tud asendisse (keeratud lõpuni päripäeva), toimetage seade õue ja tegutsege vastavalt
gaasiballooni vahetamise juhistele.
Kasutusjuhised
- Seade läheb kasutamise ajal kuumaks (eriti põletiosa (7)). Vältige nende osade puudu-
tamist palja käega. Soovitatav on kasutada kindaid.
- Hoidke väikesed lapsed seadmest alati eemal.
- Käsitsege seadet ettevaatlikult. Vältige selle maha kukkumist.
- Pärast seadme kasutamist oodake, kuni see on maha jahtunud, eemaldage gaasibal-
loon seadme küljest ja hoiustage mõlemad jahedas ja kuivas kohas, eemal soojusalli-
katest.
- Seadme sisse lülitamiseks keerake juhtnuppu (3) aeglaselt vastupäeva („+" noole suu-
nas) ja vajutage piesosüüte nuppu (6) põleti leegi süütamiseks. Kui põletileeki ei ilmu,
vabastage piesosüüte nupp ja vajutage seda pidevalt uuesti, lisades juhtnupu (3) keera-
misega gaasivoolu, kuni põletileek süttib.
Pärast süttimist laske seadmel enne selle liigutamist püstiasendis kuumeneda 1 minuti
jooksul, et vältida leegilahvatust (suured kollased leegid).
- Seadke leegi suurust, keerates juhtnuppu (3). Suurema leegi saamiseks keerake juht-
nuppu „+" noole suunas (vastupäeva). Väiksema leegi saamiseks keerake juhtnuppu „-"
noole suunas (päripäeva).
- Pärast kasutamist veenduge alati, et juhtnupp oleks lõpuni väljalülitatud asendisse
keeratud.
Gaasiballooni vahetamine
- Gaasiballooni vahetamisel lugege alati läbi ballooni märgistused.
- Gaasiballooni tohib vahetada ainult õues ja teistest inimestest eemal.
- Enne gaasiballooni vahetamist veenduge, et põleti leek oleks kustunud.
- Gaasiballooni eemaldamiseks tuleb seda keerata vastupäeva.
- Enne gaasiballooni paigaldamist seadme külge kontrollige tihendit (1). Tihend peab ole-
ma oma kohal soones ja heas seisukorras. Ärge paigaldage gaasiballooni, kui tihend on
vigastatud või kulunud.
- Gaasiballooni paigaldamisel seadme külge järgige koostejuhiseid.
