6. Tighten the floor tilt securing bolts.
For canopy specification, tighten bolts (6) (M14 x 2).
For cab specification, tighten bolts (7) (M14 x 2).
Tightening torque: 156.8 to 196 Nm (16 to 20 kgm , 115.7 to
144.7 lbft)
REMARK
If damage is found on any of bolts (6) and (7), replace it with a new
genuine Komatsu bolt of the same size.
7. Install cover (5) with securing bolts (4) (M8 x 4).
8. Install triangular cover (3) with bolts (2) (M10 x 3).
This completes the operation for closing the floor.
