Mounting Diagram
Mount the PCBA to the enclosure with screws. Hole diameter 3mm, pitch distances as per the diagrams given below.
Notes
1.
When giving power, the voltage must be 6 VDC, and the current must be greater than 200mA.
2.
Do not plug or insert the sensor anytime. In case user must remove it, please remember the direction to prevent the sensor from being burned out
when inserted backwards.
3.
In case the module is not used for a long time, the warm-up time should be more than 24 hours for the first time.
4.
The indoor CO
concentration is generally between 400 ppm and 700 ppm. So we take the lowest value of 400 ppm for the calculation standard.
2
For more info on sensitive characteristic curve, please check MG811 element on internet. EMF value corresponding to 400 ppm is 325 mv. After
the module has been warmed up for a long time, the output of Aout should be: 1.04 V
Calculation method: 0.325 V * 3.2 = 1.04
This algorithm is 0-2 V output for the module. 3.2 is the actual magnification of the module.
When 0-4 V output: Aout should be: 0.325 V * 11 = 3.575 V, 11 is the actual magnification of the module.
If the measured value is different from this value, please adjust the RP2 potentiometer slightly to match the output voltage. User can also adjust
the output according to the current actual concentration.
5.
When using concentration display target program, please pay attention to the power supply voltage and warm-up time.
