The manual specifies using ISO46 hydraulic oil for the VEVOR JT-5000. If AW46 oil, which is a different formulation, is used, it may cause improper system performance or potential damage due to incompatibility. Therefore, yes, AW46 oil should be drained and replaced with ISO46 oil.

If the VEVOR JT-5000 has power but the pump will not work, possible issues include:
1. Hydraulic Oil Pollution – Replace it with the specified hydraulic oil. 2. Remote Control Not in Locked Position – Ensure the easy lift jack is in the locked position; otherwise, hydraulic oil may leak slowly, lowering the frame. 3. Gas Pump Cannot Maintain Pressure – Check the system using standard valve tools and avoid tightening the spool too much. 4. Hydraulic System Pressure Buildup – Hold down the drop button on the remote control for a few seconds after the frame reaches the ground to return as much hydraulic fluid as possible to the tank. 5. Fast Connections Getting Harder – If pressure buildup prevents quick connection, contact the dealer for further assistance.

No, the manual specifically states to use ISO 46 hydraulic oil. AW46 is not mentioned, so it should not be used as a substitute.
