Overview

The HKPF-103 HD Digital Video Distribution Board
is designed to distribute HD (high-definition) serial
digital interface signals (conforms to the SMPTE
291M/292M/299M).
The HKPF-103 can be installed in the PFV-HD300
Digital Video Interface Unit. When installed, the
HKPF-103 draws its power from the interface unit.
Since the HKPF-103 shares the same dimensions and
voltage specifications as the other HKPF-series boards
for the PFV-HD300, it can be used in any combination
with the other boards, thus providing high flexibility in
system configurations.

Features of the HKPF-103

Input signal distribution to up to six lines
The HKPF-103 is capable of distributing the HD serial
digital interface signal from the DIGITAL IN
connector to up to six lines.
Automatic input-signal-format detection
The HKPF-103 can detect and automatically conform
to the field frequency (59.94 Hz or 60 Hz) and the
number of effective scanning lines (1,035 lines or
1,080 lines) in an HD serial digital interface signal.
ISR function
The HKPF-103 supports the ISR (Interactive Status
Reporting) function.
