The OM 2000 can either source or sync the transnnit clock; this Is detetinined by a
configuration selection. Syncing the clock Is needed when sending data through a
nnodem through a networkll line. In this case, the modem sources a clock that Is
locked to the network. The OM 2000 syncs the clock and sources data to the
m o d e m t o b e s e n t t o t h e n e t w o r k .
