You can input up to four characters for the currency name.
You cannot change the € (euro) symbol to the left of the equals sign.

You can input a rate within the range of 999999 to 0. EU regulations stipu-
late six significant digits for the rate. For digits less than 1, the rate can
have up to six digits starting with the first non-zero digit.
