Yes
Does proper DC A3.3V,
A5V appear at
C834, C830?
Yes
Does proper DC 5V, 3.3V,
1.8V appear at C813, C811,
C816?
Yes
Check the LVDS Cable.
And replace LCD Panel.
No
Check power cable connection.
No
Change Power PCB Assy .
No
Check IC816, IC815
Change main PCB ass'y .
No
Check IC821, IC811
Change main PCB ass'y.
