STEP 1
Place the cross frame B on a clean surface, with
the holes in the cross bars facing upwards.
Attach the rotating plate C to the cross frame B
by threading the short bolts I through lock
washers M and washers K, half-way into the
holes in the frame as shown, using wrench L.
Once bolts have been threaded into all holes,
fully tighten the bolts.

STEP 2
Turn the cross frame B over so the holes in the
circle bar are facing upwards. Attach the legs
E to the cross frame B by threading the short
bolts I half-way into the holes as shown, using
wrench L.
NOTE: The holes in the legs E should face
inward.
DO NOT fully tighten the bolts.
