The thermocouple needs no maintenance other than replacement if it fails. Failure of the thermocouple is displayed as an error message on the controls. If thermocouple replacement is necessary, it should only be replaced with the genuine Evenheat replacement part. Replacing it with any other thermocouple will introduce an error into the temperature reading. -
