G : General audience (no restrictions).
PG : Parental guidance suggested.
PG13 : Parents strongly cautioned.
R : Restricted. Children under 17 should be accompanied
by an adult.
NC17 : No Children X
: Adults only.
Note: The parental controls will automatically block MPAA ratings that are of a higher
restriction. For example if you block "PG13" programs, then "R", "NC17" and "X"
content will automatically be blocked.
If the channel is turned to a restricted channel, the parental controls will block it. The
screen will turn blue and the following message will appear:
