When you do not know tne frequency of the station, proceed as follows.

When a station is received, automatic tuning stops.
5 Repeat step 4 until the desired station is
received.
If the automatic scan stops frequently
You can select the signal level to receive, so that the scan
stops only at the stations with strong signal.
To select the signal level:
1 Press TUN/CHARA, so that its indicator lights.
2 Press A, so that HIGH indicator lights.
To receive lower signals again, press V.
HIGH indicator disappears, and the scan stops at all receiva-
ble stations.
