Before Calling Service Personnel
Before calling service personnel,
please check the following
chart for a possible cause of the problem
you are experi-
encing. A minor adjustment
on your part may eliminate
the problem
and restore your TV reception.
• Be sure power cord is plugged
in.
• May be station
trouble.
• Check antenna connections.
• Check antenna for broken wires.
• May be station trouble.
• Check if SPEAKERS ON/OFF function (page 43) or
MAIN SPEAKER switch (page 44) is properly set.
• May be station trouble.
• Check antenna connections.
• May be local interference
from an appliance.

• Check antenna for broken wires.

• If you change the direction of the TV while the TV

The picture should improve.
• Check if MTS function is properly set.
• Try another
channel.
• Re-orient antenna.
