Programming buttons

You can program bot h f ixed code and rol ling code
systems using this procedure .
Programming / reprogramming button s
• Switch the ignition on .
.. Press and hold the button in the head liner that
you wou ld like to program for at least 10 sec-
onds. Or

Deleting button programming
The programmed but tons cannot be de leted ind i-
vid ually . They must be deleted all at once. Repro-

Tips
The garage door opene r may need to be
synchronized w ith the-system motor after the
programming . Follow the manufacture r's in-
st ructions for do ing th is.

• Press the bu tton to ope n t he garage door. The
LED @ <> page 39, fig . 32 blink s or tur ns on .
• Press t he bu tton agai n to open the ga rage
door.

Tips
When opening or clos ing the gara ge door, do
not press and hold t he button lon ger ten sec -
o nds or the garage door opener w ill switch to
programming mode.
