Make sure the unit is turned Off. 2. Locate the battery cover on the back of the unit. Use a screwdriver to loosen the screw and then open the battery cover. 3. If used batteries are present, remove these batteries from the unit by pulling up on one end of each battery.

Volume Switch to the Off position. 2. Automatic Shut-Off To preserve battery life, the Animal Rhymes Storytime will automatically power down after approximately 35 seconds without input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing any button or turning the book pages. - Page 8 2. Music Button Press the Music Button to hear music, fun sounds and short tunes. The light will flash with the sound. 3. Turning Book Pages Turn the Pages to hear animal songs related to the graphics on the pages as well as open-ended questions, short tunes and animal sounds.
