3. install 4 new “AA” size (AM3/LR6) batteries following the diagram inside the globe’s battery box. (The use of new alkaline batteries is recommended for maximum performance.) 4. 6. AUTOMATIC SHUT-OFF To preserve battery life, the VTech automatically turn off after several minutes without input. The unit can be turned on again by pressing the ON/OFF BUTTON.
