    BEFORE USE 1. Before using your new appliance, remove all packing material. 2. Wash the frying basket and the frying vessel inner surface with warm soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly. 3. Place the appliance on a flat, level, heat-resistant surface and away from flammable objects such as curtains or a tablecloth.

    12. Once frying is done, press the OPEN button to open the lid. 13. Carefully lift the frying basket and attach it to the frying vessel to allow excess oil to drain. Then transfer food onto a plate. 14. Once frying is complete, turn the dial to OFF, and change the ON/OFF switch to the OFF position (“O”).
