    Diese Betriebsanleitung immer beim Produkt oder an einer jederzeit für jedermann zugänglichen Stelle aufzubewahren! 1. Allgemeine Informationen 1.1. Einleitung Die SATA vision 2000, im Folgenden Atemschutzhaube genannt, dient zur Versorgung des Trägers mit sauberer Atemluft. Je nach Bedarf können verschiedene Komponenten zu einer Atemschutzeinrichtung zusammen- gestellt werden.
  • Page 3 1.4. Zubehör, Ersatz- und Verschleißteile Grundsätzlich sind nur Original- Zubehör, Ersatz- und Verschleißteile von SATA zu verwenden. Zubehörteile, die nicht von SATA geliefert wurden, sind nicht geprüft und nicht freigegeben. Für Schäden, die durch die Ver- wendung nicht freigegebener Zubehör-, Ersatz- und Verschleißteile ent- standen sind, übernimmt SATA keinerlei Haftung.

Nicht- einhaltung oder fehlerhafte Einhaltung können zu Funktionsstörungen führen oder schwere Verletzungen bis hin zum Tod verursachen. Jeder Anwender ist vor Gebrauch der PSA-Atemschutzausrüstung ver- pflichtet, die Kapazität des Luftversorgungssystems, ggf. Auswirkungen auf weitere Anwender des Systems, zu prüfen.

Reinigung ■ Niemals säure- oder laugenhaltige Reinigungsmedien für die Reinigung der Atemschutzhaube verwenden. ■ Niemals auf halogenierten Kohlenwasserstoffen basierende Reini- gungsmedien verwenden.

Die Standzeit des Aktivkohleadsorbers in der Gurteinheit [1-7] und die Qualität der Atemluft hängen wesentlich von der Vorreinigung der zu- geführten Druckluft ab. Der SATA filter 444 (# 92296) mit automatischer Kondensatentleerung muss daher vorgeschaltet werden. Er filtert na- hezu alle Wasser- und Staubpartikel aus der zugeführten Druckluft. Ist die Druckdifferenz zwischen den Manometern [5-1] und [5-2] größer als 1 bar, muss die Feinfilterpatrone ausgetauscht werden (Wechsel spätes-...

Abfall des Luftvolumenstroms Bei gleichzeitigem Betrieb mit einer Lackierpistole bei Variante 1 und Variante 3 mit dem SATA Pistolendruckluftschlauch 1,2 m (# 13870) kann der Luftvolumenstrom abfallen (siehe Kapitel 4). → Eingangsdruck bei voll abgezogenem Abzugsbügel der Lackierpistole einstellen (siehe Kapitel 7).

    ■ Der Mindestbetriebsdruck muss an der Filtereinheit [2-9], [3-11] min. 4 bar betragen, bei Unterschreitung muss ein Pfeifton ertönen, ggf. Betriebsdruck erhöhen (siehe Kapitel 7). Hinweis! Die Gurteinheit ist mit einem Luftregelventil / SATA air warmer [1-14], [2-12], [3-14] ausgestattet. Mit Hilfe dieses Luftregelventils / SATA air warmer kann eine bedarfsunabhängige Atemluftversorgung eingestellt werden.
  • Page 15 Betriebsanleitung SATA vision 2000 Atemschutzhaube. Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsarbeiten dürfen nur von geschultem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden. 10.1. Aktivkohleadsorber austauschen (Variante 1) Hinweis! Nach Ablauf der Nutzungsdauer von max. 3 Monaten muss der Aktiv- kohleadsorber [1-7] ausgetauscht werden. Die aktuelle Nutzungsdauer kann über die Datumsuhr auf dem Schutzkorb abgelesen werden.

Gefahrenerkennung behindert Verschmutzungen der Sichtfolie können das Sichtfeld erheblich ein- schränken. → Sichtfolie regelmäßig reinigen. → Sichtfolie bei Bedarf wechseln. ■ Die Sichtfolie [1-1], [2-1], [3-1] von den Stecknippel abziehen.

Entsorgung Entsorgung der Atemschutzhaube als Wertstoff. Um Schäden für die Um- welt zu vermeiden, Atemschutzhaube getrennt von den Atemfiltern sach- gerecht entsorgen.   • Page 24 1. General information 1.1. Introduction The SATA vision 2000, hereinafter referred to as breathing protection hood, serves to supply the wearer with clean air for breathing. Various components can be combined into breathing protection apparatus, as necessary.
  • Page 25 Always only use original SATA accessories, spare parts and wear parts. Accessories not supplied by SATA have not been tested and approved. SATA assumes no liability for any injury or damage caused by the use of non-approved accessories or spare and wear parts.

The SATA filter 464 activated charcoal filter (# 92247) [4] must be installed upline of the breathing protection hood to remove oil mist vapours from the breathing air. The activated charcoal filter must be checked for proper function at regular intervals and serviced, when necessary.

    8.4. Cleaning the breathing protection hood Notice! Before using for the first time, the breathing protection hood must be cleaned thoroughly with SATA wet and dry Cleaner (# 75358). 9. Normal Operation Before any use, check the following points to ensure safe work with the breathing protection hood.
  • Page 34 Drop in air flow When using a paint spray gun at the same time with variant 1 and var- iant 3 with the SATA gun compressed air hose 1,2 m (# 13870), the air volumetric flow rate may drop (see chapter 4).
