TAKE-UP TORQUE ADJUSTMENT
PINCH ROLLER
ADJUSTMENT
Set the unit in the playback mode and measure the take-up
Check the Pinch Roller. If the rubber surface has scratch marks
torque of the Take-up Reel. It should be 6 -- 11g-cm.
or is deteriorated, replace it with a new one.
Set the unit in the playback mode and measure the pressure
Take-up Reel -——
with the dial tension gauge. It should be 180 - 150g-cm.

If the foilowing parts are stained or the rubber is deteriorated,

with new ones.
