Hunter Energy Monitor Thermostat.
You can practice programming
2 before installing your thermostat
by inserting and connecting the bat¬
tery as shown on page 9, and follow¬
ing the instructions on page 9 on¬
ward. This is a very good way to
familiarize yourself with all the func¬
tions of your Hunter Energy Monitor.

the battery
is low,

the entire display will flash. As
soon as this happens install a fresh,
new battery.
If
the battery is not re¬
placed, the display will get dim and
your air conditioner wilt stop
operating,
_ important: When using Energy

Monitor, always set your air con¬
ditioning unit to the maximum cool
position of your window air condi-
tioning central.

A built-in timer prevents damage
to your air conditioner com*
pressor, caused by rapid cycling, by
providing a delay of 4 minutes before
it will restart.
