Delayed transmission-
(sending a fax at a later time)
Using a built-in clock, this unit can send documents automatically
at a specific time. This allows you to take
advantage of low-cost calling hours offered by your telephone company.
The delayed transmission
can be reserved to take place up to 24 hours.

To select AM, press [_£J.

• When the programmed time has
come, the unit will automatically start
transmission.
Note:
oYou can receive, transmit and copy documents
while delayed transmission
is set.
• If the programmed start time has passed during a
power failure, delayed transmission
will be
attempted after power is restored.
•When transmit polling (see page 32) is ON,
delayed transmission
is not available.
To cancel the delayed
transmission
