Receiving in the FAX mode

When a call is received, the unit will automatically

activate the fax function.

Setting the FAX mode ring count

This feature determines the number of rings after which the unit answers a call in the FAX mode.

You can choose from 1 to 4 rings.

Helpful hints:

.To be able to answer a call before the unit does, increase the number of rings.

*If you find receiving faxes from machines with an automatic transmission

feature difficult, decrease the number

of rings.
