PLEASE READ INSTRUCTIONS COMPLETELY BEFORE INSTALLATION
TOYOTA HILUX 2015+ REVO
TONNEAU COVER
(J-DECK WITH CAB PROTECTOR)
• Cut 'L' bracket to suit the width
of tray so it fits snug. See fig 1
for where the end of bracket
should sit.
• Apply sealant between the 'L'
bracket and tray to seal the gap.
• Use self-tapping screw supplied
under the 'L' bracket and screw
into the tray. See fig 1.
• Assemble rails and cross bars
as shown in fig 2.
• Small radius corner blocks are
used at the front (near cab) see
fig 3.
Large radius corner blocks used
at rear (near tailgate)
