QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
FROM THE BASE
Press SPEAKERPHONE, then wait
for dial tone. Dial the desired phone
number.
To
end
your
call,
SPEAKERPHONE again.

ANSWERING CALLS

• When there is an incoming phone
call, pressing OFF key on the
handset can stop the ringing.You can
also answer the call simply by
pressing any key except OFF,
VOLUME, INTERCOM and the 3
Services keys.
FROM THE HANDSET:
Press any key except OFF, Volume,
INTERCOM and the 3 Services keys.
Press OFF to end your call.
FROM THE BASE:
Press SPEAKERPHONE. To end
your call, press SPEAKERPHONE
again.
TEMPORARY TONE
If your local telephone service
requires rotary (PULSE) dialing,
you can temporarily switch to TONE
dialing for such purposes as
accessing answering machines,
bank-by-phone services, and using
calling cards.
To switch from rotary to tone dialing
during a call, press the
*
TONE key.
When you end your call by pressing
OFF or returning the handset to the
base unit, the phone will return to
the rotary (PULSE) mode.
