Object Server VisuControl Easy II [VC-EASY.03]
Function/Object description
The text entered here labels the communication objects associated with the function, the function within the
ETS application (e.g. F1: Bathroom light), as well as the function displayed in the Android/iOS App. Up to
30 bytes are possible for this.
Exception: The following "Individual name in visualisation" parameter is activated.
Individual name in visualisation
If this parameter is activated, the function can be displayed in the visualisation with an individual text
(up to 30 bytes long), which differs from the function/object description.
Area
Each function can be assigned to an "Area". The function then appears in this area in the app. If an area
has been renamed under "Formatting the areas", this text is displayed under "Name in visualisation".
Visibility
The general settings for "Visibility" define whether the function should be visible on the home page of the
app. The function here can also be restricted to administrator access.
Setting the sorting
With the selection "normal", the functions are automatically sorted according to the set function type.
With the selection "extended" it is possible to cancel the preset sorting and assign the function to another
function type. This is useful in some situations, for example, when a switching function is used to switch
between the operating modes of a room temperature controller.
