    OWER SUPPLY FOR YOUR SAFETY, THE APPLIANCE MUST BE CORRECTLY EARTHED The vin au verre power lead is equipped with a plug to fit a standard earthed mains socket, so as to avoid any risk of electric shocks. Have the power socket checked by a qualified electrician, who can confirm that it is earthed properly and who can, if necessary, carry out any necessary refurbishment.

Before the first usage, rinse the circuit with a bottle of lukewarm water using the following procedure: - take the plunge tube in one hand, slide the transparent tube (food quality plastic tube) onto the stainless steel tube, in such a way that it reaches the bottom of the bottle.
