CASTOR BREAKS

Cooler movement is recommended when it is empty. Rollers and castor wheels allow for
movements of loaded cooler over a distance of few meters, depending on the ground surface
and product load and should be done with appropriate precaution under the responsibility of the
users/movers only. Take necessary precautions if lifting is needed during installation. Keep
unauthorised people away from the cooler until installation is completed.
iii. The merchandiser must stand upright for at least 1 hour after transportation and prior to start-up.
This gives the oil time to run back to the compressor after transit and installation.
iv. Allow a minimum gap of 100mm at the top, 100mm at the rear and 50mm at the sides of the
cooler for proper ventilation.
v. Do not place anything on top of the cooler.
vi. Handle placement instructions:
Dooble door cooler
1. Open the left side door
2. Place the handle on the metal adaptors
3. Use an Allen tool and screw them with the
respective M5 bolts
4. Place the respective taps, on both top and
bottom side, with Coca Cola logo as shown
5. Repeat the procedure for the right door
Single door cooler
1. Open the door
2. Screw the handle from the back side of the
door, using the respective slotted cheese
head screws and place the handle spacer
inside glass hole
3. Place the respective taps, on both top and
bottom side, with Coca Cola logo as shown
