Settings Memory
Pulse X flash can record all adjustments (e.g. power output or communication
channel) made by the User and store it in its internal memory.

Wireless Control (Navigator X)

Quadralite Pulse X flash is equipped with built-in Navigator X wireless system
receiver which makes it fully compatible with Navigator X and Navigator X2 radio
triggers. User can also use Quadralite Stroboss flashes as Master units and lith the
scene together with Pulse X studio lights. To activate Navigator X receiver press the
<GR/CH> and <S1/S2> button at the same time. Wireless control system will be
turned on and the < > icon will be is displayed on the flash LCD screen.
Use Test button on the Navigator X trigger to test the communication between
flash and controller before taking pictures. Make sure that communications
channel is set on the flash (Slave) and trigger (Master) the same.
Transmission range might be shorter because of radio interference, surrounding
environment and other conditions.
When strobe is triggering flashes even when it should not (when trigger is not
connected) or transmission between flash and Navigator X is not reliable you
should change the communication channel. Electronic devices such as WIFI
routers or smartphones can cause strong radio interference and can jam or
obstruct radio communication between Navigator X devices.

Navigator Kit wireless system

Pulse X flashes are equipped with a Wireless Control Port. This socket allow
usage of Quadralite Navigator Kit to trigger and control the flash power output
wirelessly.
Connect Quadralite Navigator Kit receiver do the flash Wireless Control
Port and set communication channel by adjusting jumper
switches (do the same thing on the transmitter as well).
Transmitter must be placed on the camera hot-shoe.
Push and hold transmitter <SET> button for two seconds
to change power output scale. Repeat the action until
transmitter LCD will show power scale represented in the
fraction of the max. power output (e.g. 1/128 or 1/16).
Power adjustment made on the hotshoe mounted transmitter will be
wirelessly communicated to the flash. Pressing the camera shutter
release button will trigger the flash with given adjustments. User can also
hold the transmitter in hand to control flash output and trigger the flash with other
device (e.g. sync cord or third party radio trigger).
