You can quickly locate a particular point on a
disc by monitoring the picture or playing back
slowly.
• Depending on the DVD/DivX video"/VlDEO CD,
you may not be able to do some of the operations
described.

Locating a point quickly by
playing a disc in fast forward
or fast reverse (Scan)
(Except for JPEG)
Press -'_l/_l_l or IH'_/Im_ ,- while playing a disc.
When you find the point you want, press I2:> to
return to normal speed. Each time yon press _1/
or IH'_/I _- during scan, tire playback speed
changes. With each press tire indication changes
as shown below. Actual speeds may dilli:r with
some discs.

DVD-RW in VR mode.
• For DATA CDs/DATA DVDs, this function works
only for DivX video files (except for United
Kingdom and North American models/.
