This u nit can be powered from three kinds of power supplies; batteries, mains power or car battery.
(The car battery adapter is needed for oar battery operation.)
The manganese dry cell batteries which have low capacity (short service life) are not suitable for
use with the unit.
This unit holds the stored memory even while the power is set to OFF, and consumes a very small
amount of power. Therefore, if the unit is not to be used for a long period (for more than one week),
remove the batteries out of the unit.
• Never use an AC adapter other than the AC adapter
provided with this unit.
• When the unit is not used, unplug the AC adapter from
the pov/er outlet.

Open the cover.
Insert R6/''AA''(or
LR6)-size batteries.
Close the cover.
Be careful not to invert the 0 and © polarity.
Always replace both batteries at a time.
