VIKING VIDAR I - User manual
Thank you for choosing a VIKING product.
When using, please refer to the technical specifica�ons of each model, which can be found
in the user manual or on the website www.best-power.cz
Method of use:
1. Please check that the device is fully charged before each use of the power bank. The LED
display indicates the capacity and charging status.
2. The power bank has an auto start func�on when plugged in or manually switch it on using
the ON/OFF bu�on. The power bank will automa�cally turn off when idle if no charged device
is connected. The power bank can also be switched off manually using the ON/OFF bu�on or
by disconnec�ng a charged device.
3. The power bank can be fully recharged in about 5h. The charging �me is only informa�ve
and may vary depending on the power of the charging source.
4. Specifica�ons, appearance and descrip�on are subject to change due to product improve-
ments and updates.
5. Always use a suitable charging cable.
6. Slight hea�ng of the product is normal with prolonged use.
7. Keep away from heat and dry.
Charging other devices - USB-C and USB-A:
- Connect the device to be charged with a cable with a suitable connector to the output port
on the powerbank (1 x USB-A, 1 x USB-C).
Mul�ple devices can be charged using all ports simultaneously, but in this case fast charging
is not supported for any of the outputs.
- Charging starts automa�cally.
- Using a suitable cable with Apple Lightning connector, you can also charge Apple products.
- The power bank supports fast charging
- If the device does not start charging, check the cables for proper connec�on. Try disconnec-
�ng and reconnec�ng the charging cable, then manually switching on the power bank.
Charging other devices - DC jack (laptops, notebooks, etc.):
- Before using the DC jack output, set the appropriate power supply voltage for your device:
- Turn on the power bank by briefly pressing the ON/OFF bu�on.
- long press and hold the ON/OFF bu�on (approx. 3s) un�l the DC output voltage value
appears on the display (see display descrip�on)
- switch between the values 12V,16.5V,20V and 24V with subsequent short presses of the
ON/OFF bu�on
- when you have selected the correct value, wait un�l the number on the display stops
flashing. If the value on the display is steady (not flashing), the power bank is ready to power
the device with this output voltage.
- Connect the device to be charged with a cable with a suitable connector (choice of 8
reducers) to the output port on the power bank (1 x DC jack).
- Charging starts automa�cally.
- If the device does not start charging, check that the cables are connected correctly. Try
disconnec�ng and reconnec�ng the charging cable and then manually switching on the
powerbank.
- To switch off the DC output, long press the ON/OFF bu�on (approx. 3s) un�l the output
voltage value disappears from the display (the DC output will automa�cally switch off a�er 2
h of inac�vity)
Charging other devices - 12V cigare�e port:
ATTENTION: The supply voltage for the 12V cigare�e port is 12-16V and can charge devices
up to 160W
- Connect the device to be charged with a cable with a suitable connector to the output port
in the powerbank (1 x 12V cigare�e port).
- Charging starts automa�cally.
- Charging is terminated by disconnec�ng the device from the powerbank
- If the device does not start charging, check that the cables are connected correctly. Try
disconnec�ng and reconnec�ng the charging cable, then manually switching on the power
bank.
- If the device does not start charging and its supply voltage is slightly less than 16V and the
power bank is fully charged, discharge the power bank by a few percent to reduce its output
voltage.
Charging the power bank from an external power source:
- Connect the included DC jack adapter or DC jack jumper cable (solar charging or car
charging) to a power source. Always follow the technical specifica�ons of the power bank
when charging. Charging starts automa�cally (the LED display flashes the individual ba�ery
cells according to the state of charge, see the descrip�on of the LED display). The power bank
supports pass-through func�on (discharging and charging at the same �me). If the DC jack
output charge value is set, the power bank will not charge.
Warning and Declara�on:
1. Do not disassemble the device or its accessories.
2. Do not modify, disassemble, open, puncture, remove or otherwise tamper with the rechar-
geable ba�ery inside the device.
3. Protect from fire, prolonged direct sunlight, and other heat sources to prevent overhea�ng
and damage to the device, including the ba�ery inside the device.
4. Protect from contact with water and wet objects, especially when using the equipment.
5. Protect from high voltage equipment.
6. Do not throw or shake the equipment.
7. Do not use chemical cleaners to clean the equipment.
8. This equipment is not intended for use by persons (including children) whose physical,
sensory or mental disability or lack of experience or knowledge prevents them from using the
equipment safely.
9. When the device is not in use, secure the sockets with safety plugs (if the device has them),
charge it at least once every 4 months. and maintain a capacity level of at least 50%.
10. Immediately stop using the device if it is damaged in any way.
11. For safety reasons, use only the original charger and cables designed for this device to
charge it.
12. In case of igni�on, do not use a water ex�nguisher! If necessary, only a dry powder
ex�nguisher is suitable for the product.

13. This product is intended for emergency power supply of electrical appliances
only. It is not a full replacement for permanent DC or AC power supply to
household appliances.
14. This device is designed to supply power to Class II (double insulated) applian-
ces.
15. Altering, damaging or obscuring the logo and nameplate on the equipment is
strictly prohibited.
16. When installing the device (if possible), use suitable tools to �ghten all
screws.
17. It is strictly forbidden to operate under voltage during installa�on (if
possible).

Ignoring the following safety instruc�ons may result in fire, electric shock, or
damage to the equipment
Recycling:
Do not dispose of the product or ba�eries at the end of their useful life as
unsorted municipal waste, use sorted waste collec�on points. For more informa-
�on on recycling this product, contact your local municipality, household waste
management organiza�on or the point of sale where you purchased the product.
The liability for product defects is 24 months according to the Czech Republic Act
No. 634/1992 Coll. on Consumer Protec�on. The ba�ery life is 6 months, when
the real (nominal) power does not fall below 80% of the ba�ery's nominal power
under normal and proper use. The LED life�me is 6 months, when, under normal
and proper use of the LED lights, at least 80% of the total number of LEDs in the
device are guaranteed to be lit.
The seller's claim for liability for defects is ex�nguished in the event of:
- Damage due to improper use or use of the equipment in unsuitable condi�ons.
- Failure to comply with the technical specifica�ons and instruc�ons for use of
the equipment.
- A�empts by the user to repair, assemble or dismantle the equipment in an
unprofessional manner.
- Damage to the equipment or any part thereof due to natural elements, e.g.
lightning, water, mechanical damage, etc.
- Damage to the equipment or any part thereof due to unprofessional handling.
