developers have chosen to exclude from the service will not be backed up.

Resetting network settings

Reset the network settings when you're having problems connecting HTC Desire 12 to your mobile
data or Wi-Fi network and Bluetooth devices.
1. From the Home screen, swipe up and then find and tap Settings.
2. Tap More Network settings reset.

Resetting HTC Desire 12 (Hard reset)
