Possible Solution
1. Open damper.
2. Unblock motor access cover.
3. Position suction hood closer to better collect fumes
produced by operation.
4. Empty dust drawer (Page 25).
5. Clean/replace filter(s) (Page 26).
6. Seal leak.
7. Unblock restriction.
8. Replace filter housing.
9. Install a larger fume extractor.
1. Stabilize fume extractor; lock/adjust casters.
2. Replace damaged or missing bolts/nuts or tighten if
loose.
3. Position suction hood so it will not contact workpiece.
4. Inspect impeller for cracks or damage; replace impeller
if damaged.
5. Secure impeller; replace motor and impeller as a set if
motor shaft and impeller hub are damaged.
1. Adjust support joints; replace if damaged.
2. Tighten fasteners on gas strut; replace if worn.
1. Apply grease to flange grease fitting (Page 25).
2. Loosen fasteners.
