CHECK
Connect a level meter to Audio Output terminated
into 51kQ.
Switch CX off, and turn VR5 to the mechanical
center.
Set the player to PLAY mode in 73,601.

Make sure that the audio output is 490 + 100mV-
rms for both channels; 1/L and 2/R.
If not, adjust
VR to satisfy the above.
1/1:
Set VR1 to the mechanicai center, and
make rough adjustment with VR4.
2/R:
Set VR2 to the mechanica! center, and
make rough adjustment with VR7.
Switch only 1/L channel on, and adjust VL1 to
minimize distortion in 1/L channel.
Switch only 2/R channel on, and adjust VL2.
The distortion rating for both channels should be
less than 0,396.
