This SAMSUNGbrand product,as suppliedand distributedby SamsungElectronics America,Inc. (SAMSUNG)and
delivered new,intheoriginalcartonto theoriginal c onsumerpurchaser, iswarranted by SAMSUNG againstmanufacturing
defectsin materials andworkmanship for a limitedwarrantyperiodof:
One (1) Year Partsand Labor
(90 days Partsand Laborfor CommercialUse)
Thislimitedwarrantybeginson theoriginaldateof purchase,andis validonlyon productspurchased and usedin the
UnitedStates.Toreceivewarrantyservice,the purchaser mustcontactSAMSUNGfor problemdetermination and
serviceprocedures. Warrantyservicecanonly be performed by a SAMSUNG authorized servicecenter.The original
datedbill of salemustbe presented upon request a s proofof purchase to SAMSUNGor SAMSUNG'sauthorized
servicecenter.Transportation of the product t o and fromthe servicecenteris the responsibility o f thepurchaser.
SAMSUNG will repairor replacethis product,at our optionand at no chargeas stipulated herein,withnewor
reconditioned partsor productsif foundto be defective duringthe limitedwarrantyperiodspecifiedabove.All replaced
partsand productsbecomethepropertyof SAMSUNGand mustbe returned to SAMSUNG. R eplacement partsand
productsassumethe remaining originalwarranty, o r ninety(90)days,whicheveris longer.
SAMSUNGis obligations with respectto softwareproductsdistributed by SAMSUNGunderthe SAMSUNG brand
nameare set forth in the applicable end userlicenseagreement. N on-SAMSUNG hardwareandsoftwareproducts, i f

accidents, a buse,neglect, f ire, water,lightning or otheractsof nature;useof products, e quipment, s ystems,utilities,
services,parts,supplies,accessories, applications, i nstallations, repairs, e xternalwiringor connectors notsuppliedand
authorized by SAMSUNG, o r whichdamagethis productor resultin serviceproblems; i ncorrectelectrical l inevoltage,
fluctuations and surges;customeradjustments andfailureto followoperatinginstructions, cleaning, m aintenance and
environmental instructions that arecoveredand prescribed in the instruction book;productremovalor reinstallation;
reception problems and distortionrelatedto noise,echo,interference or othersignaltransmission and deliveryproblems.
