12. Warranty
Alfa e-Parts Limited Warranty
Alfa e-Parts offers the security of a manufacturer's limited warranty against defective
products. The duration of the warranty service will be ONE year from the date of
delivery of the product.
What the warranty covers:
Alfa e-Parts warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and
workmanship during the warranty period. If any product presents any of these defects
during the warranty period, Alfa e-Parts will decide whether to repair or replace the
product with a similar one. Replacement product or parts may include repaired or rebuilt
components or parts.
What is not covered by warranty:
• Products in which the circular security label, with the serial number, found on the
equipment as a guarantee seal, is worn, modified or deleted.
• Damage, deterioration or malfunctions that are a consequence of:
A. Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of God, unauthorized
product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
B. Repairs or attempted repairs by persons not authorized by Alfa e-Parts.
C. Any product damage due to transportation.
D. Causes external to the product, such as power fluctuations or failures.
E. Use of components or parts that do not meet Alfa e-Parts specifications.
F. Normal wear and tear. External plastics damaged or scratched.
G. Any other cause not related to a product defect.
H. Any cause of force majeure, war, acts of violence, vandalism or any similar incident.
I. Operating conditions in abnormal environments: including smoke, dust and humidity.
• To be eligible for a replacement, you must return all components in the original
packaging. Everything must be "like new". Failure to comply will result in the repair and
return of the original product.
• Replacement parts used during repair may be new, rebuilt, or repair quality. Parts,
accessories and all other components will be warranted for the remaining warranty
period. The warranty will not be extended.
