    PRODUCT DESCRIPTION ABOUT YOUR PRODUCT This 10 ton hydraulic shop press has a heavy duty steel H-frame with support braces to prevent the frame from spreading under load. The shop press is engineered to be used for straightening, bending, holding, forming, pressing or other unique high pressure applications.     ATTENTION Should there be any damaged or missing parts, please contact GREENCUT’s technical support. Do not use this product without having replaced the damaged or missing parts. Use of this product with either damaged or missing parts could result in serious personal injury to the operator.
  • Page 14 3. Attach the hydraulic jack (H) to the jack plate (I) using 2 M8x20 cap screws (J) and spring washers (K). Ensure that the jack is placed so that the handle is on he right-hand in relation to the arrow (AA) on the jack plate. Tighten the fasteners securely using the supplied Allen key.
  • Page 15 6. Insert the press table pins (O) through a hole in the frame legs – one pin per frame leg and in the same hole so they are level. 7. Holding the press table (P) at an angle, place it between the frame legs, then rotate it so it is level and lower it onto the pins.

    USING THE PRODUCT ATTENTION Crush Hazard - Use extreme caution when operating the equipment. Keep hands and other body parts clear of the equipment and work pieces during operation. • Do NOT exceed the 10 tonne rated capacity. • Always use the press with the press table level.

    RECYCLING / DISPOSING When you decide to get rid of the machine, make sure to follow the local regulation. Protect the environment. Get rid of the machine taking care of the environment.
