FRONT PANEL FACILITIES
SPEAKERS SWITCH
OFF: Cuts off speaker sound (when using head
phones only),
A 'Sound obtained from speakers connected to A.
Speaker terminals,
B: Sound obtained from speakers connected to B
speaker tetrminas
Sound obtained from speakers connected to
both A and B speaker terminals
[BASS TWIN CONTROL
Adiusts low frequency one,
100H2: Adjusts frequence band below 4008, Control
effectiveness at 1ODH: is 47,5dB,
50Hz: Provides additional control to the 100Hz knob
for the Frequency band below 20012. Control
effectiveness at SOME is 4.5,
POWER SWITCH.
Depress to turn on AC power
Alter the POWER switch is set toON,a few seconds w i l l
lapse before sound is obtained. This is due to the built in
muting circuit and does not signity difficulty
PHONES JACK
'Ourput jack for stereo headphenes,
TONE SWITCH
When set to OFF, the TONE control circuit is disengaged
and frequency response becomes 'flat. The BASS and
TREBLE twin controle do not function at this time,
Conveniont for checking phono cartridge and speaker tone,
tone control effectiveness, and listening room acoustis,
LOW FILTER SWITCH
Astenuates low frequency rl
15Hz: Provides 12UBjociave attenuation for fre
quencies below 15H2,
OFF: Set to this position when not employing filter
30H2: Provides 12dB/octave attonuation for fre
'quencies below 30}
HIGH FILTER SWITCH
Aitenuates high frequency noise, such as seratches and
tape hiss
I2kHz: Provides 12dBloctave atteruation for tre
quencies above 12hHz
OFF: Set to this position when not employing filter.
SkHzz Provides 12dBJoctave attenuation lor fre
'quencies above 8kH.
