Windshield wipers, windshield washer system
Water is sprayed as long as lever is held
The wipers work once about every five to
ten seconds

Lever in 0 position - Wipers off
Move lever forward:
To 1st stop — Wipers slow
To 2nd stop — Wipers fast
Move lever briefly to pressure point of 1st stop
— Wipers work until lever is released again.
Lift lever towards steering wheel - Washer
operates
If intermittent wiper and wash-wipe device is
installed
Intermittent operation:
Move lever to the rear — Wiper works inter-
mittently
Wash-wipe device:
With lever in 0 position, lift it towards steering
wheel — Water is sprayed onto windshield
Release lever — Wipers work two or three
times.
